Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Worldwide: 15–25 business days
    (Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.)

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to Bootytails or the product contents.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bootytails.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

If your return is approved (defective/damaged item), you may choose between:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
